    Please note:

    ​Sara accepts cases in Lane County only.  Her consultation fee is $200 for an hour.  Sara's hourly rate is $400 and a typical retainer for a contested matter is $5,000.  Sara offers a flat-fee, non-mediated, uncontested divorce service for $2,000.  A matter is contested unless both parties agree 100% on all issues. 

    John is accepting mediation clients.  John's hourly rate is $400 and his retainer is $5,000 per couple.  Final costs will vary, but can range from $2,500 - $10,000.
